Welcome to Head to Flow Yoga, a practice of breathing, stretching, muscle strengthening, and flowing, all the while making room for relaxation and laughter!
The type of yoga I guide combines a gentle to moderate flow of poses, also called asanas, with a focus on alignment within each person's unique body. This is sometimes referred to as hatha yoga or vinyasa yoga. Practice often includes restorative poses.
