Welcome to Head to Flow Yoga!
Yoga is a blend of body movement and breath movement, often creating a sense of calm or a sense of being energized. Sometimes yoga causes emotions to well up within. This combination is why I think of yoga as a multi-directional head to flow – guided by breath, touching the heart, and impacting the mind, emotions and the physical body.
I lead a gentle to moderate Yoga Flow consisting of poses, also referred to as asanas, as well as Restorative Flow. Restorative is a less active, highly supportive practice where props (such as blankets, pillows and foam blocks) cushion and cradle the body, aiding in the relaxation of bones, muscles and thoughts.
