Welcome to Head to Flow Yoga!
Yoga is a blend of body movement and breath movement, often creating
a sense of calm or a sense of being energized. Sometimes yoga causes emotions to well up within. This combination is why I think of yoga as a multi-directional head to flow – guided by breath, touching the heart, and impacting the mind, emotions and the physical body.
I lead a variety of practices.

Props and alternative approaches to postures are offered to everyone for comfort, stability and variety. Yogis are encouraged to make the practice their own and to ask questions whenever queries arise.
