Yoga is a blend of body movement and breath movement, often creating a sense of calm or a sense of being energized. Sometimes yoga causes emotions to well up within. This combination is why I think of yoga as a multi-directional head to flow – guided by breath, touching the heart, and impacting the mind, emotions and the physical body.
